Service Staff Praise

My wife and I moved here from Toronto, last December.  In the last week, we have brought two separate vehicles to your service department, and dealt with three very, valuable members of your team.  Crystal, Charlene, and Jason Shepherd have won us over.  We have never experienced this level of service at any dealership that we have dealt with!  Not even close.  Their warmth, sincerity and friendliness have made us both very, very large fans, and now, loyal customers of Scott Drummond Motors.

I have no doubt that you have heard others sing the praises of these 3 members of your team.  I have had a few members of my team like these three over the years, and I know how valuable they were to my business, and to me as a business owner.  They made my days, and nights a lot easier knowing that they had my back, and that they were great ambassadors of my company.
