Our showroom doors are NOW OPEN. Appointments are still recommended and preferred!

However, from the safety of your home, you can visit our online showroom at www.drummondmotors.ca/en/new-catalog and let us know which vehicle you are interested in. You can also phone here and speak with a salesperson if you have any questions about a particular vehicle.

Our team is happy to provide you with information, review options and discuss pricing and payments with you.  In order to maintain social distancing and everyone’s safety, e-commerce transactions can be completed through our online tools. You can reach us through email, Facebook messenger, or by phone to get all the information you need.

For those of you with leases coming due, please contact your salesperson or our Sales Manager and we will provide the assistance you need.

We are offering, when practical, valet service to pick up and deliver your vehicle from your home.

If you are dropping off your car, our staff will communicate detailed instructions to you.

When dropping off your vehicle, we respectfully ask our customers to park their vehicles outside the drive-thru and make use of our Key-Drop Box and place your keys in an envelope.  It is important that you completely fill out the envelope including:

1. Customer full name:
2. Phone number:
3. Description of concern and/or services required
4. Signature on drop off envelope

PARTS DEPARTMENT

The Parts Department is now open for business as usual, but call-ahead for orders is still recommended and preferred.

Please phone: 705-653-2022 or email: parts@drummondmotors.ca to place your order and provide your name, VIN and phone number.

Payment by credit card or e-transfer must be received before parts can be picked up. The Parts Manager will confirm your time and location for pick up.  Note: you may be required to show your ID before receiving your item.

We will be strictly adhering to the social distancing policies.

Our team members are working tirelessly to keep our customers and co-workers safe by:

• Physical distancing at all times
• Washing our hands frequently
• Constantly cleaning and sanitizing key work areas
• Thoroughly cleaning our facility each evening.
• Key fobs are cleaned before and after with an alcohol solution
• Before and after we service your vehicle, we are disinfecting specific touchpoints including the door handles, steering wheel, shift levers, etc.
• We ask all customers to respect the 6-foot distance rule
