• On Saturday, April 25, 2015, Scott Drummond Motors Ltd. attended the 10th annual Celebration of Business Excellence award ceremony HOSTED BY Trent Hills Chamber of Commerce. That night we had the honour and privilege of receiving the award for Best Use of Information Technology/Social Media and Customer Experience. To us, this recognition is a high honour as we continually strive to interact not only with our customers but also with our community as a whole.
• It is very apparent that technology is constantly evolving and we must adapt to this, and with this award comes the validation that we are achieving this in some way. Social media is a huge part of the consumer environment and it allows us, in a fun yet informative way, to connect and interact with people near and far. Our customers are our number one priority and knowing that we are successful in making sure they have a good experience within the dealership, as well as an encounter with the company in any setting, is the greatest award.
• We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved with this fantastic celebration and those who nominated and voted for our business. We would also like to congratulate all the other businesses’ who took home awards that night. Not only was it a red carpet event we will never forget, but a special night celebrating all the hard work the business’ in our community does.
